Meet Puck Aspinall
How do you identify?
Tell us about yourself:
Part time engineer, full time dork. Still exploring but figuring things out slowly. Grew up in Boston before coming to Los Angeles.
Fun fact(s) about you:
I make very bad puns and dad jokes
Any advice for young queers out there or advice you would have given your younger self:
Don't be afraid to try things. Few decisions are ever permanent, things can always change. Have fun, make mistakes and keep growing. Live for yourself.
What is your favorite Pride / Queer memory?
Getting drunk on margaritas and coming out on twitter. (I've not been to Pride, yet!)
What does this community mean to you?
This was the first community where I felt accepted, where I felt surrounded by people who saw the world in a lot of the same ways I did. Being able to explore my identity in queer spaces has helped me to be a stronger person.
Why did you want to be involved in this project?
I want to help and give back to a space that means so much to me.
